based care.

She currently serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Detroit Community Health Network, where she leads clinical education, workforce development, and patient-
centered care initiatives.

Dr. Jane Smith is passionate about mentoring emerging nurse leaders and creating stronger connections between nursing practice, public health, and community
advocacy.
